  • Refund Policy:

- Full refund: If no work has started,
- Partial refund: If sketch is completed but no further progress,
- No refund: Once lineart or coloring begins, or after final delivery,
- Artist cancellation: Full refund to the client

  • Usage & Rights

Artist Rights:
- May use artwork for portfolio/promotion (unless client requests otherwise),
- May cancel commissions if needed (with applicable refund),
Commercial use requires an additional license/feeClient Rights:
- Use for personal purposes (social media, icons, etc.) with credit,
- May request commercial rights (additional fees apply),
- Can request to keep the artwork private
