Samples, Terms and Condition

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. These terms are in place to ensure clear communication, mutual respect, and a smooth working experience for both the artist and the client.1. General• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request at my discretion, with or without providing a reason.
• I will not create content that includes hate speech, discriminatory themes, or any material that is offensive, abusive, or harmful.
• Commissions are intended for personal use only, unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased through prior agreement and an additional fee.2. Payment• Payments must be made upfront or after the sketch is approved (depending on our agreement).
• I accept payments via [Fiverr / PayPal / VGen].
• Prices may vary depending on complexity, deadlines, or special requests.
• You can choose to pay 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. (Payment must be completed before I continue beyond the sketch phase.)
• All prices are listed in USD. If you are paying in a different currency, please ensure it matches the equivalent USD amount at the time of payment.3. Process & Workflow• Please DM me with a clear description of your idea along with any reference images (character design, pose, expression, mood, etc.).
• You will receive updates during the sketch, lineart, and base color stages.
• I offer unlimited revisions during the sketch stage, so you can freely refine your idea.
• After the base colors are approved, only a few rounds of minor revisions are allowed.
• Major changes after this point may require an additional fee.
• Revisions are not available after the final image is delivered, unless a mistake was made on my part.4. Refunds & Cancellations• A full refund is available only if the commission has not yet been started.
• If the sketch phase has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
• No refunds will be provided once the final artwork has been completed and delivered.
• Artist cancellation: Full refund to the client.5. Turnaround & Deadlines• The typical turnaround time is 3 days to 1 week, depending on the complexity of the artwork and my current queue.• My working hours are typically between 9:00 AM and 2:00 AM (local time). I aim to respond and work on commissions during this window.• I do not work on Sundays, but you are still welcome to message me. I’ll reply the following day as soon as I can.• If you have a specific deadline, please inform me before placing the order so I can confirm whether it’s feasible.• In case I need more time, I’ll inform you ahead of time and request a short extension if necessary.• If a commission is time-sensitive for an event (e.g. birthday, stream, launch), please mention this early in the process.• Client delays (e.g. slow responses to updates or approval requests) may affect the overall delivery time and will not count against the original deadline.• Please understand that real-life responsibilities may occasionally influence my pace. I will always communicate delays honestly and professionally if they arise.6. Usage & RightsArtist Rights:• retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to all commissioned artwork.• I may display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, on social media, and for promotional materials (unless you request it to remain private).• I will never resell or repurpose your unique commission for another client or commercial purpose.• I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any point if:

Communication becomes disrespectful or uncooperative• In such cases, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the stage of completion.• Commercial use of the artwork requires a separate license and may incur an additional fee.Client Rights:• You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as:
- Social media posts (with credit)
- Profile pictures, banners, icons
- Personal prints
- Roleplay games or personal projects• You may request commercial usage rights, which must be agreed upon in advance and may include additional fees.• You can request that the artwork be kept private (i.e., not posted in my portfolio or on social media). Please mention this when placing the order.• You will receive a high-quality digital file of the final artwork (JPG/PNG format by default). Let me know if you need a specific file type or resolution.7. Communication• Please respond to updates and revision requests within a reasonable time to keep the project moving smoothly.• I’m happy to answer any questions during the process — feel free to message me anytime.• All communication and commission requests must remain respectful and professional. Harassment, manipulation, or abusive behavior will result in immediate cancellation.• Please note that English is not my first language. While I strive to communicate as clearly as possible, some minor misunderstandings may occur. Your patience and clarity are greatly appreciated, and I’m always open to clarification if needed.
